Smartphone addiction is a real thing and it is a bad thing, especially bad when you have goals that you want to achieve in life but all you do is have your phone in your hand and alternate between Youtube Shorts, Instagram reels, and TikTok videos. I have found myself so drenched into these vertical videos that I would lose track of what app i am in. they all do the same and pretty much have the same interactions to move on to the next video. The iPhone 15 Pro Action Button

It’s about 6 months since Apple replaced the mute toggle switch on the iPhone. The iPhone, since its inception only has lost a couple of buttons. The iconic home button got replaced with gestures and a full screen with the iPhone X, and Apple with the latest iteration of the iPhone has replaced the mute toggle switch on the side of the phone with an action button.
