Apart from the Toy Story watch face, I use the other four regularly. The Fire and Vapor watch faces look great on my Series 7 stainless steel watch. When I dress up, I pair my watch with a Bandwerk vintage leather strap and use either the Fire and Water face or the Vapor face.

I don’t know why Apple removes watch faces, it’s not like there’s support for third-party ones, and the built-in options are already limited. The only explanation I can think of is that, with the new Liquid Glass design, those faces didn’t look good.
